Sabrina Zwach, born 1969 in Heidelberg, studied cultural sciences and aesthetic practice in Hildesheim, as well as theatre and media studies, music, philosophy and political sciences. From 1998 to 2000 she worked as project coordinator for Weimar '99 - European City of Culture. She curated the 5th Festival Politik im Freien Theater 2005 in Berlin and was dramaturge of the International Show by Kurt Krömer (rbb) from 2007 to 2008. She then headed the press and public relations department of the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz until 2011, where she also worked as dramaturge. Since 2008 she has worked as a permanent dramaturge for the productions of Herbert Fritsch, including Murmel Murmel, der die mann, Pfusch and as a translator and author. Since 2011 she has been a freelance dramaturge for the Volksbühne am Rosa-Luxemburg-Platz, the Residenztheater Munich, Burgtheater Vienna, Schauspiel Köln, Thalia Theater Hamburg, Opernhaus Zürich, Theater Bremen, Schauspielhaus Zürich, Deutsches Schauspielhaus Hamburg, Schauspiel Frankfurt.
