Louisa "Lilou" Halter, born in 1993, is a musician, songwriter and cultural manager. She studied composition at the Folkwang University of the Arts in Essen and completed the pop course at the University of Music and Theatre in Hamburg. Since 2010, she has been playing concerts throughout Germany with her German-language solo project LILOU, for which she has already received scholarships from various institutions. Her last release appeared in September 2023 under the title Oh, wir verschwinden. She is also studying for a Master's degree in Cultural and Media Management at the HfMT Hamburg and the Sibelius Academy Helsinki. Since July 2023, she has been combining her diverse experience from the music industry in the management of the PRO MUSIK Association's office in Cologne. With Club 27 she is a stage musician at the theatre for the first time.
