Josephine Raschke, born in Leipzig in 1990, completed her training as an actress at the Mozarteum University in Salzburg with a diploma in 2014, followed by workexperience at various theatres, including the Landestheater Salzburg, Theatre Regensburg, Schlosstheater Celle and the Landestheater Detmold. During her permanent engagement in Celle, she started to develop plays with children and young people and has written her own theatre texts since then. From 2018 on, she has been working as a freelancer in the Ruhr area, among others at the Grillo Theater Essen, Schauspielhaus Bochum, where she was leading several youth clubs called Banden, at the puppet theatre festival Fidena and in cooperation with various collectives. She is currently studying Scenic Research at the Ruhr-University Bochum.
