Danai Chatzipetrou

Danai Chatzipetrou was born in Bonn in 1994 and grew up in Athens. She studied psychology at the University of Bonn and King's College London as well as acting at the Hanover University of Music, Drama and Media, combined with a semester abroad in physical theatre at the Real Escuela Superior de Arte Dramático de Madrid. During her studies she already performed at the Junges Schauspielhaus Hamburg in Making of Sophie Scholl or in Das Institut at the Staatstheater Oldenburg. In the 2022/2023 season she was a permanent ensemble member at the Staatstheater Kassen. Since the 2023/24 season she is an ensemble member at the Schauspielhaus Bochum.
