In this four channel film installation the film artist Julian Rosefeldt (Manifesto) highlights the ever more problematic concept of home. Rosefeldt focuses on the forest as a central and ambivalent motif of German history and culture, creating a surreal collage from mythical and fairy tale creatures, operas, romantic feelings and the history of National Socialism.
